Over the past five years, Kritesh has mentored more than 2,000 children aged 3–15 across performance, confidence-building, communication, and applied creative exposure. Under his guidance, students have secured 250+ castings in major campaigns and productions associated with brands and banners such as Adani Greens, SBI, and Dettol. His professional journey also includes experience with Zee Studios Jaipur, along with collaborations across leading schools, premium education institutions, and national platforms including IICT, IIT, and IIM.

As the architect of Act to Action, he merges scientific child psychology with artistic training to foster confidence, creativity, and emotional resilience in children.

Kritesh's proprietary methodologies integrate medical insights (via collaborations with child development experts) and theatre techniques to address physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual growth. His programs use Shlok Recitation, Theatre exercises, Medical Therapies and Practice protocol to transform abstract concepts into tangible skills — ensuring learning is experiential and impactful.
